Bring any kind of partner - your spouse, your best friend, your parent or child, and explore yoga times two, with Lucinda Pepper and Angela Coffee!
This all levels** Yoga workshop begins with a centering opportunity for you to connect with yourself and your yoga partner. Then, gentle yoga poses will help you warm up individually.
Following our individual practices, enjoy exploring how your two bodies come together to create fun, supportive yoga poses. You'll practice supporting your partner and receiving support from your partner. At the end of the partner practice, we'll join as a group for a community meditation.
You don't have to be super-strong or super-flexible to do this practice, and as with all of Lucinda's classes, you'll be offered modifications to suit your level of experience and your body's needs.
